Parking Lot Greeter Team
If you the type of person who never meets a stranger, this is the team for you. This incredible team loves people and enjoys making them feel welcome the second they drive onto the Point of Grace campus. With every door that we open and every hand we shake, we invite guests to experience the love of Christ through simple acts of kindness!
Welcome and Follow-up
Individuals on the Welcome and Follow-Up team are vital to making a postive first impression for our guests. Team members welcome, assist and guide visitors and guests to the right location and spend time making sure everyone is comfortable at Point of Grace. This team is made up of welcome center hosts, registration and information, ushers, hospitality, visitor callers and visitor gift team.
Media and Resources
The primary goal of this ministry team is to enhance the worship experience at Point of Grace. Our goal is to 'spread the Word' to as many people as possible in a compelling and engaging way. We believe the message of God is better than the message of the world and we want it to be just as appealing. We strive to combine our expertise in acoustics, sound, video, graphics and lighting to communicate technical excellence to the church and community. If you are interested in joining a great team of volunteers and partners, there's a place for you. No experience is necessary. If you have a desire to learn, we have a passion to teach you! Worship and Prayer Team
Worship
Fusion, the worship ministry at Point of Grace, is a reflection of our church…a multi-generational, multi- cultural and multi-talented group of individuals. The worship team strives to “fuse” together our voices and instruments to make one sound that is pleasing to the Father. Our goal is to usher God's people into His presence with the power of high-energy, passion driven worship. We are always looking for skilled musicians and singers who can be a part of our ministry. Perfection is not necessary, however, a desire to pursue excellence is required. Prayer
There are several wasy to be involved in the Prayer team including intercession for Sunday services, praying for the needs of our church family and staff, organizing prayer requests and attending and supporting regular prayer events. Experience the great reward of growing spiritually as you pray for the needs of others.
Outreach
Do you love to organize, create and serve others? Be a part of the team that plans and implements special outreach events at Point of Grace. It involves giving our time, talent, and treasure to reach out and care. Point of Grace is committed to taking the gospel outside of the four walls of the church into our community, our country and around the world.
Small Groups
Everyone has a gift or a passion that God has placed inside of them to share with others. Hosting a LIFEgroup or Community Group is a great way to share with others. These groups are the key to developing connections with others who share your interests or similar life issues. Reach out to others and lead a group to share the life-giving joy of Christ. Children
Join us in leading children into a dynamic relationship with Jesus. Each week, children experience Bible story time, music, videos, skits and other hands-on activities during the services. You can meet the needs of our babies and toddlers by assisting in our nursery, the Little Sanctuary, or help provide a fun and safe, God-centered environoment for our children each week in G.A.P. Kids.
Youth
Catalyst is the youth ministry at Point of Grace, dedicated to the restoration and transformation of today’s teenagers, including the
places they go and the purposes for which they were created. To address the needs of today’s teenager emotionally, intellectually, physically, spiritually, and socially according to Luke 2:52 which states “Jesus increased in wisdom, stature, favor with God, and favor with men” beginning at the age of 12. If you would like to help be a transformer, please contact our Youth Pastor to start making a difference in their generation. |
